Al-Zn Coated Steel Coil
A pre-coated steel sheet produced by hot-dip coating Al-Zn alloy layers (optimized Al-Zn composition) on both sides of cold-rolled steel substrates with various strength and thickness specifications.
The surface exhibits a highly decorative, lustrous silver-gray finish with uniform patterns and an embossed texture.

Al-Zn Coated Steel features
The coating composition consists of approximately 55% aluminum (Al), 1.6% silicon (Si), and zinc as the remaining component, combining Al's physical protection and high durability with Zn's electrochemical protective properties.

1. Heat reflectivity: The heat reflectivity of aluminum-zinc steel sheet is very high, twice that of galvanized steel sheet,it is used as a heat-insulating material.
2. Heat resistance: Aluminum-zinc alloy steel sheet has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius. It is very similar to the high-temperature oxidation resistance of aluminum-plated steel sheet and is often used in chimney pipes, ovens, lighting fixtures and fluorescent lampshades.
Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of aluminum-zinc steel coils is mainly due to aluminum and its protective function. When zinc is worn, aluminum forms a dense layer of aluminum oxide to prevent corrosion-resistant substances from further corroding the interior.
3. Economic efficiency: Because the density of 55%AL-Zn is lower than that of Zn, the area of aluminum-zinc steel sheet is more than 3% larger than that of galvanized steel sheet under the same weight and the same thickness of the zinc-plated layer.
4.Easy to paint The galvanized steel sheet has excellent adhesion to paint and can be painted without pre-treatment and weathering. The galvanized layer of the galvanized steel sheet has excellent paint adhesion, so it can be directly coated on advertising boards and general boards without pre-treatment such as weathering.
5. The galvanized steel sheet has a gorgeous silver-white surface.
6. Alu-zinc coated steel sheets have similar processing and spraying properties to galvanized steel sheets.
